My passion for UX/UI design reignited when I taught the design module on interactive design with Adobe XD at Bath Spa University. To give the subject context I explored the question: Why do humans use technology in certain ways? This question has stuck with me, prompting further exploration through reading, self-directed learning, and the completion of the Professional Google UX program.

Learn Direct
I was tasked with designing the interface for a UK government e-learning initiative that provided online courses on Microsoft Office software for the general public. The project was designed to be user-friendly and accessible to individuals with varying abilities. This initiative was highly successful, resulting in a significant portion of the UK public becoming comfortable with using this software.

MK2 Military Knowledge
For the MK2 project, I designed the UI for a web-based learning platform that successfully secured a contract after being pitched to senior British Army members. Post-pitch, a larger team developed the platform, integrating multimedia elements like text, image, video, and animation. My contributions in creating these visual elements were crucial in enhancing learner engagement and improving training effectiveness for UK Military Officers.
